Configuring the Thumbnail Location on Unix-Based Systems
If the system is Unix-based, follow these steps:
1. Stop the servers.
2. Check whether any image files exist in the <Windchill>/codebase/images folder.
3. If you found images in step 2, move them to the new location in the file system that you intend to share.
4. Delete the <Windchill>/codebase/images folder.
5. Mount the new location (for example, /MOUNT/images) as <Windchill>/codebase/images.
6. Restart the servers.
