Data synchronization allows you to compare changes between the copied and original products, and push changes from the original product to the copied product. Because you are propagating only the changes to copied products, existing events in the copied products, such as life cycles, remain the same. This provides an efficient alternative to creating a new copy of a product and then manually updating the copied product each time changes are made to the original product.
