Remove User Information and Dates from Viewer Insights

Settings > Product Settings > Remove User Information and Dates from Viewer Insights

The Remove User Information and Dates from Viewer Insights setting allows organization administrators to hide certain information in the Viewer Insights table in Vuforia Insights. If this setting is enabled, the following changes are made to the information in the Viewer Insights table:

• USERNAME and ROLE will be hidden and replaced with ****.

• Date formats will be updated to remove specific dates and times. Only the month and year will be displayed (for example, Jan 2023).

• ELAPSED TIME will no longer be displayed.

These changes will be applied to the Viewer Insights table, as well any exported reports. Disabling this feature will restore the Viewer Insights table to it’s standard display, where all hidden information will be displayed again for all sessions.
