Disable/Enable Procedure and User Information in External API
The Disable/Enable Procedure and User Information in External API setting controls whether the following data can be accessed by API:
• Procedure information (procedure title, user comments)
• Step information (step description, step title, user comments, and media feedback)
• User information (first name, last name, email, and role)

Vuforia Expert Capture data can be accessed by external system integration using x-api-key authorization when Vuforia API access is enabled for your organization.

By default, the data mentioned above are not available in the API integration, and only internal references or identifiers are provided in the API response. This setting only affects API usage, and does not affect user behavior when signed in to Vuforia Editor or Vuforia Insights.
