1. Once you've finished capturing your procedure, plug your device into a computer and navigate to one of the following location:
RealWear Navigator 500/520: This PC/Navigator-500/Internal shared storage/Android/data/com.ptc.vuforia_capture/files
*
If you haven’t yet, you’ll need to make sure you turn on file sharing on your RealWear Navigator 500 device before trying to access your Capture files.
HoloLens 2: This PC/HoloLens-K7ONH/Internal Storage/Videos/Vuforia Capture
2. Select the Capture folder you want to edit in Vuforia Editor and copy and paste it into a location on your system’s hard drive.
*
Currently, opening media assets directly from the RealWear Navigator 500 device storage crashes File Explorer on Windows 10. Be sure to always copy and paste your Capture folder to your PC before opening images and videos.
Mobile (iOS only)
You can access and export your Capture using one of the following methods.
Plug your iOS device in to a computer, and download the folder using iTunes on Windows.
Use the iOS Files app to send the Capture to a laptop or cloud storage (for example, OneDrive).
*
You will need to compress the Capture folder that you want to send in the Files app before sending the file. For more information on compressing or zipping files on iOS devices, see Apple Support.

You cannot access a Capture file from a HoloLens 2 on a Mac. We recommend that you retrieve the file from the HoloLens 2 on a Windows system, and then send the .zip file to yourself via email or save it to the cloud. You can then access the file from your Mac.
1. Download Android File Transfer. Open the downloaded AndroidFileTransfer.dmg file, and drag Android File Transfer to Applications.
2. Plug your device into your computer.
3. Open Android File Transfer, and navigate to Android\data\com.ptc.vuforia_capture\files.
4. Select the Capture folder you want to edit in Vuforia Editor and copy and paste it into a location on your system’s hard drive.
