Network Connectivity

Network Connectivity
The following are a few things you can do to improve and test your network connectivity to ensure that you have successful Chalk sessions.
Run the following test to determine if there is an issue with your network blocking access to resources that Chalk needs: https://connect.vuforia.com/networktest
Ensure that the following ports are open:
HTTPS: 443
UDP: 10,000 - 60,000
*
Some corporate networks may block UDP in their network configuration, which may prohibit the use of Chalk within that network.
A/V signaling communication, media relay servers, and additional connectivity requirements can be found here: https://www.twilio.com/docs/video/ip-address-whitelisting#media-servers
Session Quality
2.8 Mbps + is recommended for best quality
At or below 0.5 Mbps may result in poor session quality
*
A user not sharing their view should enable the Low bandwidth mode within a session so they can still view high-quality images with a slight delay from user sharing their view. To enable low bandwidth mode, tap the menu icon, and then tap the low bandwidth mode icon.
Ensure that the devices being used for Chalk are supported. For more information, see Supported Mobile Devices
