Network Connectivity

Network Connectivity
The following are a few things you can do to improve and test your network connectivity to ensure that you have successful Chalk sessions.
Run the following test to determine if there is an issue with your network blocking access to resources that Chalk needs: https://connect.vuforia.com/networktest
A/V signaling communication, media relay servers, and additional connectivity requirements can be found in file:///E:/gitlab-runner/builds/5b9oHxEa/1/helpcenter/vuforia_chalk/en/source/common/Network_Config_AV_Comm.dita
Session Quality
2.8 Mbps + is recommended for best quality
At or below 0.5 Mbps may result in poor session quality

A user not sharing their view should enable the Low bandwidth mode within a session so they can still view high-quality images with a slight delay from user sharing their view. To enable low bandwidth mode, tap the menu icon, and then tap the low bandwidth mode icon.
Ensure that the devices being used for Chalk are supported. For more information, see Supported Mobile Devices
Transport Layer Security (TLS) Version Support
Chalk is configured to use TLS 1.2 as the minimum supported version for all services. Therefore, TLS 1.2 or 1.3 can be used for all communication with Chalk services.
