Join Your Company’s Business Account
To join your company’s account, complete the following steps.
1. Ask your company’s Chalk admin to add you as a user. If you don’t know who your admin is, contact chalk.now@ptc.com.
2. Once your admin adds you, look for an email invitation from Chalk-Registration@chalk.vuforia.com.
3. In the email, click the link to sign up.
4. Once you’ve signed up, download the Chalk app. Then, log in to the app with the credentials for your Chalk account.

If you did not receive an email, double-check your junk or spam folder. If you can’t find the email invitation, contact your Chalk admin to have them resend it.
Switch from a Consumer Account to a Business Account
Vuforia Chalk allows one user account per email address. If you signed up for an account in the Chalk app, you created a free account (Chalk for Consumer with the 3-minute call limitation), even if you used your company email address. You will need to take action to transition your account to a business account. Depending on your scenario, complete one of the following.
If you signed up for a free account with your company email address...
1. Accept your company’s invite via email.
2. Agree to switch your free consumer account to business account.

If you’re unable to log in, reset your password in the app. Then, go back to the email invitation.
If you signed up for a free account with your personal email address...
Accept your company’s invite via email.

You’ll keep your free account in addition to your Chalk for Business account when you accept your company’s invite.
