What’s New in ThingWorx Utilities 7.3.0
ThingWorx Utilities Console
Tiles are now organized alphabetically by default. If you are upgrading and have already set your tile order, your tiles will remain sorted according to your setting.
The new Tile Visibility field enables administrators to hide or show tiles to specific user groups. When left blank, the tile is visible to all users.
Note that tile visibility does not affect the permissions for that utility, which must be set separately.
By default, the ThingWorx Software Content Management tile is now hidden for users who do not have the permissions needed to access it.
Content Delivery Network
You can now configure and use a content delivery network (CDN) to deploy packages more efficiently.
ThingWorx Workflow Management
The new workflowId property is available as an input for a service.
For a user task, you can now assign performers dynamically according to any workflow property with a base type of UserName. You can do this instead of, or in addition to, assigning specific users.
ThingWorx Asset Management
A new thing shape named TW.UTL.FileTransferHistory enables you to capture file transfer history. For more information about how to capture file transfer history for new or existing things and thing templates, see Capturing File Transfer History.
Asset Search
Beginning with this release, asset search configuration settings and saved searches are maintained independently in ThingWorx Asset Management and ThingWorx Software Content Management. Changes that you make in one utility do not appear in the other.
