An analysis router distributes jobs among the available analysis clients and selects the client for the next job. The connector must provide the list of clients to the router.

Each connector has its own configured router. The Router Configuration table is added to the analysis connector. By default, this configuration uses the TW.AnalysisServices.RouterTemplate router template. At run time, a thing instance of the router template is created to manage job distribution among clients. The naming convention for this instance is Router_[ConnectorName]_[ConfiguredTemplateName].
