Thing "target repository" does not exist (SCM Upload)

Thing <target repository> Does Not Exist
CAUSE: The target repository was deleted between the start of the deployment and the beginning of the upload targeting that repository.
RESOLUTION: Check for the existence of the repository. If it does not exist, ask a system administrator to restore it. Then, retry the deployment.
