Accessing the Application
1. Access the ThingWorx Applications home page by using the following URL within a Google Chrome web browser:
<Server>/Thingworx/Mashups/PTC.FSU.COREUI.MenuConfiguration.MasterContainer_EP

<Server> should be replaced by the name of the server on which the ThingWorx apps are Installed as well as the port. If unsure, contact your system administrator.

2. The ThingWorx Applications homepage will display.

3. Click Tools. The tools Landing page will display
4. Click the Process Troubleshooter tile or click the Process Troubleshooter icon (
)within the left vertical menu. The Select Data Sources page will display.
