General Information
Once the desired user group has been found click to select and open the profile in the viewing window. General information about the user group can be seen here. The Description field is editable by clicking Edit. Click Save to save any changes or Exit to leave edit mode without saving. Click Next to view Members of the group.

Navigate directly to editing by selecting the user group and clicking .
If CWC is deployed, toggle the Use as CWC execution secondary signoff group to mark the members of this group as available to act as secondary witnesses for work instruction steps.
Members
Click Edit (or Next if already in edit mode) to manage the selected user group’s assigned members.
Filter users by entering a full or partial name (or email address) into the search field and clicking or hitting Enter. The list of users will display.

Search is NOT case sensitive and partial matches are supported. i.e. a search for “Jack” will return “Jack Smith” as well as “Don Jackson”.
Utilizing the and buttons add and remove users assigned to the group appropriately. Click Save to save any changes or Exit to leave edit mode without saving.
