Performance Report
Overview
The Performance Report provides a statistical overview of assembly work instruction execution. You can compare planned rates with actual time taken by operators, and drill-down on work instruction steps to identify areas of concern.
Filtering
Upon opening the report, a time frame must be selected from theAdvanced Filterpanel.Optionally, filtering is available based on the following:
Station – Toggle Station and click + to open the Select Equipment popup.
Product – Toggle Product and click + to open the Select Product popup. You can filter on product types, individual products, or a combination.
Work Order – Toggle Work Order and click + to open the Select Work Order popup.
Click Save to save the filter selection for future use. Click Load to load the most recently saved selection.
Click Filter to load the report data. To apply a new filter, click Advanced Filter in the top toolbar.
Sorting
To sort report data, click the Sort By dropdown in the action toolbar. Sorting options include:
Name – Alpha-numerical order (A to Z)
Delta Time Execution – The difference in minutes between the Average Target Time and the Average Assembly Time in descending order
Delta Time % – The difference in percent between the Average Target Time and the Average Assembly Time, with 100% exactly on target in descending order
Average Time Paused – The average time the work instruction was paused for all steps of the work instruction executed at this station in descending order
Work Instruction Level
When initially loaded the report will show statistics for all filtered work instructions. Calculations will only consider execution data for the most recently approved version of a work instruction.
Statistics shown include:
Average Assembly Time – Average time of execution for all steps of the work instruction executed at this station.
Average Target Time – Average target time for all steps of the work instruction executed at this station.
# of Executions – Number of serial numbers built or scrapped using this work instruction at this station.
Delta (min) – The difference in minutes between the Average Target Time and the Average Assembly Time.
*
Value can be negative if assembly time was quicker than target time.
Delta Time (%) – The difference in percent between the Average Target Time and the Average Assembly Time, with 100% exactly on target.
Average Paused Time – The average time the work instruction was paused for all steps of the work instruction executed at this station.
To drill-down, select the work instruction and click Details in the action toolbar. Or double-click on the work instruction.
Step Level
Step level will show statistics for the work instruction broken down by step.
Click All Filtered Work Instructions in the breadcrumb to go back to the work instructions level of the report.
Data Export
Click Export in the action toolbar to export the report’s raw data in .csv format.
*
If a serial number is currently in progress at a station, the export data might slightly vary from the screen as data is recalculated for export.
