PTC Cloud Deployment
In a PTC Cloud deployment scenario, your database, ThingWorx Platform, and the ThingWorx Applications are all deployed for you by PTC in the PTC Cloud. For more information, see the PTC Cloud Engagement Guide.
As part of the PTC Cloud deployment, the following entities are created for you in ThingWorx Composer as default entities.

Thing Template containing logic to interact with the database.
Core Database Project name:

Project to which the Thing and Thing Template belong.
KPI Engine Database ThingName:
PTCFSU.KPIEngineSQLThing
Thing containing logic to interact with the database.
KPI Engine details are only applicable to RTPPM.
KPI Engine Database ThingTemplateName:
PTCFSU.KPIEngineSQLThingTemplate
Thing Template containing logic to interact with the database.
KPI Engine details are only applicable to RTPPM.
KPI Engine Project name:
PTCFSU.DefaultProject
Project to which the Thing and Thing Template belong.
KPI Engine details are only applicable to RTPPM.
You are responsible for installing Kepware. For more information, see the Kepware Server prerequisites and Kepware.
After the ThingWorx Applications have been deployed, continue with Core Configuration.
