Configuration
Prerequisites
• Proper access to the ThingWorx Composer and a user with Administrator rights.
• An active industrial connection to Kepware is required.
Configuration Steps
For the RTPPM to function properly, calculate and display KPIs you must complete the following configurations:.
1. The shift events are configured correctly. See
Adding Shifts, Crews, and Shift Events for more details on importing shift events. The following conditions must be met while configuring shift events:
a. All time of the day (24 hours) must be considerd. No gaps should be left between shift events.
b. If there must be a period where no shift events are configured, use the No Shift / No Crew to fill in the gap.
c. Shift events should not exceed 24 hours and must be aligned with the start of the day.
d. The start time of the first shift event on an equipment should be used as the start date for the time slice schedule.
e. Ensure that shift events are always pre - configured at any point in time throughout the year.
