Updates
Added the SCMSubsystem that handles the database functionality for the Software Content Management in the ThingWorx Platform.
UTL-6257
Enabled automatic deletion of historical deployments in Software Content Management by default.
Before upgrading to a new version, you must review the Historical Data Configuration in your SCM, under Administration > Configuration > Data History and make sure that the Purge Deployments After is set properly.

The Status filter field that appears in the following pages, is now set as In Progress by default.
• DEPLOYMENT > Track Deployment By Asset

Known Issues
• It is recommended that you set the auto-retry timer interval to at least 300 seconds to avoid any issues with concurrent deployments.
• If the installation date for a delivery target is set after the end of the configured Instructions Received timeout, then the target might get stuck in the Instructions Received state.
