What’s New in ThingWorx Utilities 9.1.0
Updates
The Set Property instruction has been added for instruction-based packages. With this instruction, you can set the specified property value on the remote edge device. For more information, see Create an Instruction-based Package.
The auto-retry rate unit for package deployments has been changed from milliseconds to seconds. For more information, see Auto-Retry in Deployment.
Known Issues
It is recommended that you set the auto-retry timer interval to at least 300 seconds to avoid any issues with concurrent deployments.
The PTC.ConvergeConsole has been removed and is no longer available. To access the ThingWorx Software Content Management dashboard, in your browser, go to http OR https://<HostName>:<PortNumber>/Thingworx/Runtime/index.html#master=TW.RSM.SFW.Master.ApplicationMaster&mashup=TW.RSM.SFW.Mashup.SoftwareDashboard.
If you have installed or upgraded ThingWorx Utilities on a High Available Clustered ThingWorx platform, you must restart all nodes.
If you set Auto-Retry to 0 while creating a deployment, the deployment still uses the global auto-retry setting.
In this case, you must set the global Auto-Retry count to 0 or disable the Auto-Retry feature under Configuration > Deployment. For more information, see Configuration Parameters for Auto-Retry in Deployment.
If the installation date for a delivery target is set after the end of the configured Instructions Received timeout, then the target might get stuck in the Instructions Received state.
