Setting up Permission for the eMessage Connector
If you are using the eMessage Connector then you need to add your eMessage Connector User or User Group to the TW.RSM.RemoteServices group as a member. Follow the steps below:
1. In the left navigation pane in ThingWorx Composer, under Security, select User Groups.
2. Search for and select the TW.RSM.RemoteServices user group.
3. Under entity information, click Members.
4. When the Members page appears, click Edit .
5. Click and drag the members from the list on the left, to the list on the right.
Hold the CTRL key down to select more than one user at a time.
6. Click Save in the Edit Members grid.
7. Click Save in the Available Members grid.
8. Click and drag the appropriate users from the list on the left to the list on the right, to add users to the group.
Hold the CTRL key down to select more than one user at a time.
9. Click Save.
