Prerequisites
Before installing the ThingWorx Software Content Management extensions, ensure that the following necessary prerequisites are installed:
• ThingWorx Platform.

ThingWorx Utilities is only compatible with the matching version of ThingWorx Platform. For example, you must use ThingWorx Utilities version 9.7.0 with the ThingWorx Platform version 9.7.x. Similarly, you must use the 9.6.0 version of the ThingWorx Utilities with the ThingWorx Platform version 9.6.x.

• The ThingWorx Mail extension from the PTC Support site. For more information, see the "Mail" topic in the ThingWorx Platform Help Center for your ThingWorx version, available from the ThingWorx Help Centers landing page.

You will be able to upgrade this extension after installing ThingWorx Utilities.
