Prerequisites
Before installing the ThingWorx Software Content Management extensions, ensure that the following necessary prerequisites are installed:
• ThingWorx Platform.

ThingWorx Software Content Management is only compatible with the matching version of ThingWorx Platform. For example, you must use ThingWorx Software Content Management version 10.0.0 with the ThingWorx Platform version 10.0.x.

• The ThingWorx Mail extension from the PTC Support site. For more information, see Mail.

You will be able to upgrade this extension after installing ThingWorx Utilities.
