From your ThingWorx instance (8.5.13 and previous 8.5.x versions, 9.0.1 and previous 9.0.x versions), you may be unable to delete a deployed solution which contains the ReportingConfiguration entity. To resolve this issue, get in touch with PTC Technical Support.
