Issues with the Safari Browser on macOS
If you are unable to perform tasks in Solution Central on the Safari browser using the Mac operating system, update your browser settings as follows:

If you notice these issues using Safari version 14.0.3 on macOS Big Sur, log a ticket with PTC Technical Support. As a workaround for this issue, use the Google Chrome browser.
1. In the Safari browser on your Mac, select Preferences > Privacy.
2. In the Privacy pane, clear the Prevent cross-site tracking check box.
3. Close your browser window and then reopen it.
