Publish the Solution
Solutions must be published to enable client platforms to view and install them. Before you begin, ensure that you have a well-formed solution which is ready to be published to Solution Central.
Use the Publish Solution API to mark the solution as published, effectively locking it from future edits and making it appear on the Solution Central UI.

The Solution Central APIs can be accessed using your Solution Central application. In Solution Central, click Help > Public APIs from the left-hand navigation menu to see the available Solution Central APIs.
