The following fixed and known issues are part of ThingWorx Platform 9.1.9.

Fixed potential security issues, including items proactively identified by vulnerability scanning software or PTC Quality Assurance testing. Please upgrade as soon as possible to take advantage of these important improvements.

Tracking Number
Fixed an issue that was causing a URL to fail in an SSO configuration if it had a hash (#) character separator.
Upgraded the cache provider to Ignite 2.11 to create new libraries and Ignite container. This update results in support for ThingWorx HA Clustering on Windows 2019.
Added Tomcat compression options support for ThingWorx Docker. The following variables were added for all supported persistence providers:
Fixed an issue that was preventing an edge controlled file transfer from working in HA.
Fixed an issue that was causing a server to have performance issues if multiple remote things were connected and the server ingested the data and processed events.
Fixed an issue that was causing an unbalanced Ignite network in HA with edge controlled file transfers.

Fixed an issue that was preventing toggling the Show/Hide Log and Show/Hide Debug menus in run time on a Mac. To fix this issue, support was added to use CTRL+CMD+F9 to toggle the menus.
Fixed an issue that was causing the Collection widget to have performance issues when it was loaded via the Tab click event.
Fixed an issue that was causing styles to get applied to a new mashup when navigating from another mashup.
Fixed an issue with the Text Field widget that was preventing a portion of the field from displaying if the Height property was set below 31.
Known Issues and Limitations
The following items are known issues and are scheduled to be fixed in a future release.
Tracking Number
The file size of uploaded files is not being made available within the platform for eMessage uploads.
Users are not persisted and are not visible in the users table in an environment configured with HA and SSO.
Creating equipment using multiple API calls that call the CreateEquipment service results in the platform freezing.
