Analytics Menu
The
Analytics menu provides easy access to extended analytics functionality from
ThingWorx. This extended functionality includes
Analytics Builder and
Analytics Manager, both components of the
ThingWorx Analytics Extension. See the
Analytics Help Center for more information about deploying the
Analytics Extension or about using
Analytics Builder or
Analytics Manager.

This menu is only visible to users who have imported the ThingWorx Analytics Extension into ThingWorx.

Analytics Builder
The Analytics Builder menu provides access to the following Builder functionality:
• Models: Opens the Models list page where you can create new models or view existing models. You can also run signals, profiles, and predictive scoring jobs on existing models.
• Signals: Opens the Signals list page where you can run a new signals job or view existing signals results.
• Profiles: Opens the Profiles list page where you can run a new profiles job or view existing profiles results.
• Data: Opens the Datasets list page where you can create new datasets or view existing dataset information. You can also create dataset filters.
• Settings: Opens the ThingWorx Analytics Server Configuration page where you can configure communication with a specific Analytics Server.
Analytics Manager
The Analytics Manager menu provides access to the following Manager functionality:
• Analysis Providers: Opens the Analysis Providers page where you can create, edit, view, and delete analysis providers.
• Analysis Models: Opens the Analysis Models page where you can create and manage analysis models.
• Analysis Events: Opens the Analysis Events page which lists all of the events defined in the system. You can define new events and manage existing events.
• Analysis Jobs: Opens the Analysis Jobs summary page where you can create and manage analysis jobs.
• Analysis Replay: Opens the Analysis Replay page where you can replay the execution of any configured analysis event.
• Quality of Service Rules: Opens the Quality of Service Rules page where you can create and manage rules that control the increase or decrease in computational capacity.
• Settings: Opens the Analysis Settings page where you can configure global settings for the Analytics Manager framework.
