The training menu options are managed by permissions on the following entities: PTC.AccessApp.TrainingMenu and PTC.ContributeApps.TrainingMenu.

By default, the ThingWorx Users group has runtime Read and Execute permissions for both PTC.AccessApp.TrainingMenu and PTC.ContributeApps.TrainingMenu entities. If the permissions are removed, the training menu does not appear for nonadministrative users.
