C SDK upgrade
The 5.5.0 release of the ThingWorx EMS is built on ThingWorx Edge C SDK 3.1.0.

OpenSSL upgrade
EMS 5.5.0 upgrades to OpenSSL 3.1.2. FIPS is not supported.
