The ProtocolAdapterWithAvailability Thing Template is based on the ProtocolAdapter Thing Template. Its implemented Thing Shape is the ProtocolAdapterWithAvailability Thing Shape. You would use this Thing Template instead of the ProtocolAdapter Thing Template to create Things that represent your ThingWorx Azure IoT Hub Connectors when you plan to use multiple Connectors in a ThingWorx High Availability (HA) Clustering environment.
