Providing Feedback
If you find parts or service information in Servigistics InService that need to be improved, you can send a message to the providers of that information. Servigistics InService enables you to send a message with feedback about the current context you’re viewing.
Follow these steps to provide feedback:
1. Click the menu icon at the upper right corner of the interface to open the menu:
2. Select Send Feedback on the menu.
The Provide Feedback window opens:
3. Fill in your information and comments, then click Submit.
You can also add an attachment to your feedback by clicking the Add button.
The window closes and your feedback is sent to the contact designated by your administrator. All feedback you submit is stored with your user settings.
