Configuring Servigistics InService with Performance Advisor Agent
The settings selected during your Servigistics InService installation initially determine whether the Performance Advisor reports are generated and sent to PTC. Performance Advisor provides operational insight into the hardware and software performance of Servigistics InService. This enables you to optimize the system performance, increase the productivity of end users globally and decrease overall IT support costs.
The Performance Advisor Agent can be enabled post-installation by changing some configuration preferences. For more information see Enabling the Performance Advisor.

Description
Enable Performance Advisor
Selecting this checkbox tells Servigistics InService to periodically generate and send the performance advisor reports to PTC. This is selected by default, however you can choose to opt-out of using the Performance Advisor.
Select Target Collection Path
The path to store performance data for Servigistics InService. The default path is C:\ptc\InService\InS_Data\Work.
Collection Frequency
The frequency at which data is collected and sent to PTC. The available options are:
Daily (default)
Hourly
Every 12 hours
Weekly
