自訂 E3C 檔案

這是主要 E3C 內容檔案。此檔案中的內容會載入為 java 系統內容。欲跨不同的 E3C 組態檔案使用在此檔案中定義的內容，應遵循下列指示。例如，3C.properties 將此內容命名為 web.server.port=8080。此內容可在某任務流程檔案 ..\System\Config\Flows\StandaloneCreator\urlNotifier_PD.xml 中使用，例如：
