Troubleshooting Approach
Use the following approach methods when troubleshooting:
1. If the data can be searched on but not navigated to or data can be navigated to but not searched on, then the issue is most likely in Servigistics InService and not Windchill Service Information Manager.
Call Technical Support.
2. If data cannot be searched on or navigated to in Servigistics InService, and the one of the following conditions is present:
a. Data is in the Servigistics InService repository
If data is in the repository, then the issue is most likely in Servigistics InService and not Windchill Service Information Manager.
Call Technical Support.
b. Data is not in the repository, check to see if it is in the bundle.
If the data is in the bundle, then there is an issue with TAL.
If this is a customization issue, see Troubleshooting Servigistics InService.
If this is an out-of-the-box issue, call Technical Support.
If data is not in the bundle, then it is a Px issue.
