Servigistics InService provides a relationship between the product hierarchy and information or publication structure root objects to support navigation between the two structures. Servigistics InService supports a many-to-many relationship between any node in the product hierarchy and an information structure or publication structure root. The bundle artifact relatedContents.xml contains this mapping.

To build this relationship in Windchill Service Information Manager, set up the service effectivity at the root of the information or publication structure. In the service effectivity interface, set the context of the service effectivity to the Product Hierarchy node or nodes.
