Production Systems and Configuring Your Environment and Information Exchange Settings
Use this window to select whether or not this installation is to be used as a Production or Non-Production environment and whether or not to Configure to send and receive system information. Click Next.
If you opt to send notification and exchange information with PTC enter the following information for communication purposes and then click Next:
Company Name
Enter the name of your company.
Sales Order Number (SON)
Purchase number for your solution.
Service Contract Number (SCN)
A service contract number is required for technical support.
Organization Internet Domain Name
Provides administrative configuration information for your installation.
