Enabling the Performance Advisor
The Performance Advisor Agent can be enabled post-installation by changing some configuration preferences.
Configure these properties if you did not enable Performance Advisor during installation. See Configuring Servigistics InService with Performance Advisor Agent for information.
Here are the properties that can be configured in the 3c.properties file..

Valid Values
PA.data.collect.mode
Determines if data collection for the Performance Advisor is enabled. Valid values are on or off. The default is off.
PA.data.collect.path
The path where Performance Advisor data is collected. The default path is C:\ptc\InService\InS_Data\Work.
PA.data.collect.frequency
The frequency in hours of the data collection.
PA.data.dynamic.information.collect.frequency
The frequency in hours for dynamic data collection. This includes for dynamic information like CPU usage, RAM usage, etc.
PA.data.log.collect.level
Determines the level of data collection. Valid values are:
• WARNING (or blank) collects warning, error, and fatal error data.
• ERROR collects error and fatal error data.
• FATAL_ERROR only collects fatal error data.
