AI-Powered DataGuide Form Generation

Customers transitioning to a digital solution have paper or PDF forms that the technicians use in the field. Digitizing these paper or PDF forms requires substantial work and effort from administrators.
The AI-powered Form generator enables administrators to automatically generate a draft of the digital DataGuide Form from a PDF, image, or Word document. They can then review and adjust this draft as required. This provides a quick start in designing the form instead of building it manually from scratch. They can either accept or close the draft created by the AI, enabling them to proceed with creating the form or starting over. Additionally, administrators can provide feedback about their experience with generating the form using AI.

Unified DataGuide Solution for Core and FieldFX
The feature enables customers to utilize DataGuide for both Core and FieldFX within the same Salesforce organization ensuring proper management of Forms and Document Templates.
For customers who have purchased both Core and FieldFX, this integration provides added value by streamlining processes and improving the overall efficiency of Form and document template management.
The administrators can choose between Core or FieldFX when creating a Form or Document Template.

DataGuide Form and PDF Generation from a Task
The feature enables administrators to add the Forms and Document Templates in the Task. This allows the technicians to complete DataGuide Forms and generate DataGuide PDFs directly from a Task, ensuring efficient documentation of work performed. Additionally, labor lines are created automatically when a task requires time tracking. This feature enables technicians to fill out checklists and inspection forms as part of a Task. For example, technicians can complete a safety checklist for a work order and complete an inspection checklist on a service product.
Technicians can also generate DataGuide PDFs as a part of the task. For example, technicians can now capture signatures after completing a safety compliance checklist and after generating a quote.

Automated Source Object Updates on PDF Generation
The feature enable automation of updating the source object fields when a Document Template is finalized and PDF is generated. The feature drives definite workflow steps ensuring streamlined business processes and reducing the manual steps required for updating source object fields.
The administrators can configure the Document Template to automate specific actions to update source object fields.
