The Form Action now supports the URL data type for updating a field in a source object or a child object. This improvement allows administrators to choose the Single Line Input type of question with Text and URL data types. The Form Action also supports the Copy Answer from Question operation type and displays the Dropdown and Radio Button Group questions types.

Administrators can now configure the Form Action to update fields from a lookup object. For example, if a form is filled up on a work order, a form action can be configured to update the work order’s IB field.

Administrator can now configure upto five Form Criteria per Object. They can also use the Advanced Expression option when defining a Form Criteria. This option provides more flexibility when selecting a condition to match the selected field with keyword.
