The DataGuide now applies a standard naming format to photos captured or uploaded in Forms. The file name includes the question name, the date and time, and the related record name when available. This change makes photo files easier to identify and trace back to the Form context in which they were captured. For more information, see Photo Naming Convention.

End Users see photo files created with a clear and consistent name when they add photos from Photo question of File question. The name helps end users and administrators quickly identify the related question and record. If users add multiple photos for the same question, the system adds a number to keep each file name unique.

DataGuide Web Runtime now logs additional events such as form save time, form submit time, claim events, and release events with associated processing time. This improvement increases visibility into runtime behavior and helps monitor performance.

The Document Template editor now uses an updated version of the Tiptap editor. This update helps address security scan issues and improves stability.
