Service Board does not support Safari.

Service Board is compatible with ServiceMax and Service Board Extension packages 24.1, 24.2, and 25.1.
Service Board Extension Package 19.2 and later implement Process Builders to publish platform events to support real-time sync from Salesforce to Service Board. Execution order between Process Builders defined for the same object cannot be configured on the Salesforce platform. If non-Service Board process builders also update fields mapped to Service Board, changes might not be published to Service Board for any of the following objects:

• Dispatcher Access
• Expertise
• Installed Product
• Location
• Product
• Product Serviced

• In the Winter ’23 Salesforce release, Process Builders were replaced with Flows. You will be able to continue using your previously configured Process Builders, but you will not be able to configure new instances after support ends.
• After December 11, 2025, workflow rules and Process Builders may continue to function and execute existing automations, but customer support will no longer be available, and bugs will not be fixed.
