This document lists the Schedule Optimization server upgrade updates for March 2023.
Feature Improvements
• Validations are added to disallow scheduling of work orders outside technicians' working hours in Real-time Optimization. Violation messages are improved for usability.
• Secure access to email credentials in the cloud environment is improved.
• The performance of low-capacity batch optimization jobs is improved.
Defects Fixed
Violation response process exceptions are fixed.
Other Improvements
• Improved the performance of multi-day calendar event handling.
• Upgraded vulnerable third-party dependencies.
• Added extra debug-friendly logs for dispatch process management.
