Upgrade to ServiceMax 23.1
This server upgrade updates the Schedule Optimization product to version 23.1 and makes all the new features, enhancements, and fixes in ServiceMax 23.1 available.

Feature Improvement
An enhancement is provided to prioritize Ranked Appointment Booking work orders for scheduling. RAB work orders are not unassigned now because of low capacity unless technician routes are unavailable for rescheduling the work orders in such scenarios.
