• Entitlement Notes are not updated with the latest coverage details if the user changes the coverage for an already-entitled Service Product or Work Plan. To reflect the updated coverage, the user must clear the existing Entitlement Notes before applying entitlement again.

• The Entitlement rule will not be executed in sequence if the Installed Base (IB) location is blank and coverages are not found for the Match Location condition configured in the first entitlement rule.
