Known Issues/ Limitations: Depot Service
The following is the list of known Issues or limitations of Depot Service:
• For Depot Service Requests, if the Work Order, Service Products, and Service Tasks fail to generate due to an issue, the system does not re-trigger the process automatically. Users must submit a new request to initiate the process.
• When submitting a Depot Service Request, if you select a different work plan than the earlier entitled work plan, you must manually adjust the allocated and remaining quantities for the earlier Work Plan Assignment. The Work Plan Assignment’s status will be set to Canceled, and the entitlement notes will be updated to “Cancelling due to re-entitlement”.
• In the Depot Queue, you can bulk update up to 2000 queue items at a time.
• If an expression includes a Date Time field in the Depot Service Request Settings, the expression will not be applied during the Depot Service Request process.
• Depot Qualification for Work Orders (WO) and Service Products runs in the Automated Process User context. Functions like Login User, Today, and Yesterday operate in the automated user context, not the logged-in user context.
