When uploading a file larger than 25MB, the error message appears for a fraction of a second. It is recommended to reduce the file size before uploading.

Issue: When you remove permission for a selected field in form criteria, the field still appears in the form criteria list view.
Solution: Edit the form criteria, update the Advanced Expression, and save it.

In the Go app, when column headers are hidden for Matrix type questions, the questions are displayed in a stacked format instead of the table layout.

Issue: In the Mapping tab, when selecting fields from child objects such as Account(ParentId) and Case(AccountId) under a parent object like Account, the generated variable names for mapped fields incorrectly include the word undefined. For example, a field like Account Checkbox is displayed as Account.undefined.AccountCheckbox.
Workaround: To resolve this display issue, navigate to a different tab or page within the Form Designer, then return to the Mapping tab. This action removes the word undefined from the variable name.

You cannot drag and drop Dynamic Panels, Map Child Lines, or any Matrix-type questions into a layout table or a repeating section. Additionally, you cannot move layout tables inside Dynamic Panels, Map Child Lines, or any Matrix-type questions.

The following scenarios are known issues and it is recommended not to configure the Map Child Line question in Dynamic Panel.
• if you add a Map Child Line question in a panel within a dynamic panel, then the error message is not displayed.
• If you add a Map Child Line question in a panel and change the panel to Dynamic Panel, the error message is not displayed.
Such configurations may have an issue in runtime.

The document template becomes unresponsive when you select multiple images to upload in the Add watermark image screen.

Limitations
The following are the limitations:
• If an end user accesses the Form in Incognito/Private mode with cookies disabled, uploaded images may appear as broken thumbnails. To ensure images display correctly, enable cookies in the browser.
• The Current Date field is sometimes off by one day. This behavior is observed when the Admin and the User are in a different time zone. This is a known limitation with date/time values in reporting. It is assumed that the user’s salesforce timezone matches the timezone of their device.
• The Courier font does not support italic formatting in the PDF.
• You can add the Photo and Signature value directly to the layout table from the left panel. But, you cannot drag and drop the Photo and Signature value into the layout table or the Dynamic Panel from the canvas.

Limitations in Customizing PDF with Forms Responses
The HTML question type is not supported.
