ServiceMax Engage for iOS is updated due to the requirement the Apple Entity Name. As PTC is now the parent company of ServiceMax, this update requires users to update to the latest Engage release. Users have to re-login to the mobile application.

If users do not proceed with this update, they do not receive Apple Push Notifications (APNS) on their Apple devices. Even though Apple Push Notification may not work, the Engage App notification continues to receive updates as this update is related to Apple Push Notification Services.
