Service Board
|
Color-coding settings for Job status were incorrectly applied when users updated the Default Language field on the Preferences page to a language for which translations were available.

When users invoked the Dry Run option in Data Clean Templates related to Job records, out-of-memory errors were triggered.

In cases where there was invalid data in the translation cache, Service Board did not load successfully.

In cases where the Real-Time Sync From Salesforce field in the active System Settings record was selected when configuration packages were imported, real-time sync to Service Board failed.

When updates were made to a large number of Skill Set records related to Work Order records, real-time sync to Service Board was delayed.

In cases where callback platform events were configured to be processed together in the same transaction on the Service Board side, ServiceMax Event records were updated in bulk, and Work Order field values were blank in some but not all of the updated records, records with non-blank field values were synced to the Service Board Event object but not to the Service Board Appointment object.
