Configuration Items Supported for Migration

The properties of the configuration items tree on the left side are:

• In the source org area of the screen, expanding the tree shows all the supported custom configuration items qualifying for migration from the source org.

• Displays the configuration items in alphabetical order.

• Enables the selection of individual configuration items or a group.

• Enables inline filtering based on the keyword(s) entered in the search text box.

• Enables date selection to filter all the configuration items qualifying for migration within the specified date range.

• Lists all the selected items in the target org area of the screen.

The following items are supported for migration.

	Configuration Profiles	• All ServiceMax Configuration profiles are supported for migration except Default and Default Group Profile. • Custom modules and submodules associated with configuration profiles are migrated. • Salesforce Profile Associations are migrated.
	Translations	• Migrated as dependent items. • All translations defined for any dynamic strings using the ServiceMax Translation Workbench are migrated along with configuration.

	Skills	Migrated as a dependent entity of Skill Match Rules.
	Territories	Migrated as a dependent entity of Dispatch Processes.
Installed Base, PM, and FCO	Counter Rules

	Task Templates	Migrated as a dependent entity of PM Plan Templates.
	Timeline	Installed Base (IB) Timeline configurations are migrated.
Dispatch Console	Dispatch Console Views

Mobile	SFM Mobile Permissions

Service Flow Manager	SFM Transactions and Doc Designer	All custom SFM Transactions (including Output Documents and Checklists) with Complete Status, along with all the custom dependent configuration items such as mappings, expressions, display rules, and so on.
	SFM Wizards	• All custom SFM Wizards whose Status is Complete, and custom-dependent configuration items such as SFM Transactions and SFM Custom Actions, are migrated. • SFM Wizard Layout Configuration is migrated.

	SFM Mappings	Migrated as dependent items.
	SFM App Permissions
	SFM Custom Actions	Migrated as dependent items. SFM Custom Actions of type Web-service, URL, App-to-App are migrated.The zip file associated with the Custom Actions of type Mobile-Activity-Space is migrated.
	Inventory Processes
	SFM Expressions	Migrated as dependent items.
	SFM Data Validation Rules	Migrated as dependent items.
Warranties and Service Contracts	Auto Entitlement Rules- Case	Auto-Entitlement Rules configurations are migrated.
	Auto Entitlement Rules- Work Order	Auto-Entitlement Rules configurations are migrated.
	SLA Terms	Services and the SFM Expressions dependent on the Services are migrated as dependent items.
Connected Field Service	Installed Base App Setup	Technical Attribute templates aremigrated.
Connected Field Service	IoT Setup
Service Performance Metrics	Service Performance Metrics Setup
Checklist Manager	Checklist Designer	Checklist processes are migrated.
Checklist Manager	Checklist Question Library	Checklist questions are migrated as dependent entities of checklist processes.
Service Flow Automation		Service Flow Automation (SFA) is supported for migration to deploy the configurations from UAT to production easily.
