Limitations of Checklist Import/Export
Limitations for Checklist Import and Export:
1. Importing Attachment type questions to Orgs with Autumn' 17 or earlier ServiceMax releases is not supported.
2. Editing files in Microsoft Excel is not supported, as Migration Tool does not recognize the files edited in Microsoft Excel. ServiceMax recommends that you use any text editor, such as Notepad++, to edit checklist .csv files manually.
