Audit Trail File
After the migration is complete, the Migration Tool sends a migration summary to the email ID of the user account that performed the migration. This email contains a Microsoft Excel file, which contains the migration summary information. You can review this file to understand how successful the migration was and take necessary actions if there were errors.
In case of any migration failure, you can refer to this file to see the list of items migrated successfully till the point of time of failure.
This file also contains the list of items that were not migrated. You can initiate the migration only for those items.
It provides information about the ServiceMax configuration records that are updated/created as dependent items on selecting a specific item for migration.
Alternatively, the Microsoft Excel file is also available as an attachment in the ServiceMax Job record for the migration. You can see the file in the Notes & Attachments section of the ServiceMax Job record.
